In April 2018, we acted as Underwriter for the Php 10Bn Stock Rights Offering of UnionBank, in July 2018; we successfully arranged the Php500Mn loan facility for Century Limitless Corporation, in November 2018, acted as Underwriter for the private placement of Php500Mn preferred shares of Roxas and Company.
